– For Coffee Products

We value your confidence in shopping with El Patron. To provide the best service possible, we allow order cancellations up until 24 hours before delivery. Kindly contact us at contact@elpatron.com for cancellation requests. Please note that once your shipment is en route, cancellation is no longer possible. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for delivered coffee products.

– For Non-Coffee Products

  • RETURN

You have a window of 5 business working days from the invoice date to initiate a return. For eligibility, the item should be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • REFUND

Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection and subsequently notify you of its arrival. The status of your refund request will be communicated after the inspection. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original payment method). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you can expect the credit within 3-7 business days.

  • INTERNATIONAL

All international sales are considered final. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or exceptions for international orders.

  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Your confidence and comfort in shopping with El Patron are of utmost importance. If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so by contacting us at contact@elpatron.com within 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Once the shipment is in transit, there will be no cancellation.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

El Patron cannot assume responsibility for duties, taxes, customs charges, or any extra fees associated with international shipping. We strongly advise clients to conduct thorough research and understanding of these charges, as well as their respective country’s regulations, before finalizing a purchase.

  • REFUSED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Should an international order be declined upon delivery, it’s important to note that the client will not be eligible for a refund, and additional charges will be applicable.
